PDFZora provides online tools that allow users to manipulate, convert, and enhance PDF documents. By using our Service, you agree that:

02 Accounts

• You may use PDFZora without registration or create a free or premium account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your password secure and do not share it.
• PDFZora reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, with prior notice to premium users when possible.

03 User Content

3.1 File Processing

PDFZora tools process files client-side whenever possible to maximize privacy. Temporary server-side processing (if required) is limited, and files are automatically deleted within 2 hours. Users are solely responsible for the content of their files.

3.2 Responsibility

PDFZora does not access, analyze, or claim ownership of your files. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with copyright and legal requirements. PDFZora is not liable for misuse of its tools.

04 Paid Services (coming soon)

• Premium subscriptions are billed regularly until canceled.
• Payments are non-refundable except at our sole discretion.
• Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
• Free trials may be offered, but they will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the expiry date.

06 No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” PDFZora does not guarantee:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

10 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
