PDFZora provides free online tools to help you convert, edit, and organize PDF files. By using our service, you promise that:

• You've read and understood these terms.
• You will follow all local laws and regulations.
• You won't use the tools for anything illegal, harmful, or malicious.
• You won't try to hack, spam, or disrupt our website and servers.
• You will respect other users' privacy and won't collect their data.

If you break these rules, we may restrict or end your access to the platform.

02 User Accounts

You can use PDFZora without registering. However, if you choose to create an account:

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• We reserve the right to update, pause, or stop any of our services at any time. If you are a premium subscriber, we will do our best to give you advance notice before making major changes.

03 User Content & Safety

3.1 File Processing

We respect your privacy. PDFZora processes your files directly in your web browser (client-side) whenever possible. If a tool requires server-side processing, we only store the files temporarily and delete them automatically within 2 hours. You retain full ownership and are solely responsible for the files you upload.

3.2 Content Responsibility

We never look at, analyze, or share your documents. However, you must make sure that you have the legal right to upload and modify these files (complying with copyright and privacy laws). PDFZora is not responsible for what you do with our tools.

04 Paid Services (coming soon)

If you sign up for a premium plan in the future:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
• All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or decided by us on a case-by-case basis.
• Local taxes may be added to your subscription cost depending on where you live.
• If you sign up for a free trial, cancel it before the trial ends to avoid being automatically charged for a paid plan.
