- Wide sheets may span pages. Check the preview; try landscape or a larger paper size. Use the preview to spot text that may be small.
- Charts and formulas may differ. The PDF uses table data, not every workbook feature. Verify key results in the source. Charts and formulas are not interactive in the PDF.
- Cell formatting can change. Merged cells and custom number formats may look different in the PDF.
- Check worksheet scope. All Worksheets starts selected; choose Active Sheet Only for one tab. This avoids exporting tabs you do not need.
- Protected files may not load. Remove a password or save an accessible XLS, XLSX, or CSV copy.
